Jamie and I met on the 28th of January 2022. He invited me over for coffee and he will laugh saying I never left after that. Our converstation never stopped and we spent 3 hours chatting. I was excited to find such a handsome, intelligent and successful man. Jamie asked me to come for dinner that Sunday to watch the Chiefs play and he said come for 5 o'clock, I laughed saying yeah but the game starts at 3 LOL. I feel that was probably the moment Jamie decided I was a keeper. I am thinking most likely because I have good taste with football, Right!? We have never looked back since that moment and I am excited to become Mrs. Hall. Not too many people get a chance to find their right person and together Jamie and I are lucky that we did.

Yes ... Daphne and I met on the 28th of January 2022. We hit it off online the night before and agreed to meet for half an hour (or so) for coffee the next day. A half an hour became an hour and then two and then three and we finally decided we didn't have to learn everything in one day. Hence the Chiefs game the next day. Little did we know it would become a weekly tradition to watch the Chiefs that would evolve into seeing the Chiefs "live in KC" and watching the Chiefs beat the Ravens on the opening night on of the NFL season on September 5, 2024. Hard to believe such a short distance of 8 kms has set us up to enjoy trips a thousand miles away with many more to come once I become Mr. Hall. We are very fortunate to have found ourselves 8 km apart, a few walking blocks away from each other at one point, and a desire to go to all kinds of interesting and unique experiences ... with the Chiefs ... or some hockey ... or the odd baseball game ... or occasional pool game ...
